Summary: Check in and out were a breeze. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Valet parking was easy. Room (king bed, sofa bed, kitchenette) was great. It was clean and just what we needed. Hotel location was perfect. The only issue and the hotel had no control over this was, but the street noise and traffic was very LOUD. We were there the weekend of Memorial Day and Taste of Cincinnati so that may had been the issue, but if definitely made it hard to sleep at night.

Summary: Did not sleep for 3 nights due to horrific noise from street and all the racing cars, motorcycles, loud people at wee hours of the morning along with police being called on more than one occasion. Sofa bed was not real bed, no mattress & hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. No sound proofing in walls, as if we were outside all night.

Summary: I want to mention Matea, that worked the front desk when we checked in and was there for the evening. She was so friendly and super sweet!! And the valet guys were so nice, when we dropped off the car and picked it up. Very pleased! Will stay again, when we come to downtown Cincinnati. Thank you!!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful room and hotel overall. Staff awesome. The noise at night was crazy! People yelling at bar next door. Tires squealing. Sounded like street racing going on. If the outside noise could be cancelled out this place would be all 10’s.
